Android shows this for any app installed from outside Google Play. Azan Noor is signed by us and downloaded directly from azannoor.app, so it is safe to install. Once it is on Google Play, you can get updates there instead.
Make sure Prayer notifications and Adhan at prayer time are on in the Settings tab, and use Test Adhan notification to check the sound.
Some phones (Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Huawei and others) stop apps in the background to save battery. Open your phone's Settings → Apps → Azan Noor → Battery and choose Unrestricted. If the app shows “Allow exact alarms”, tap it so the Adhan plays on time.
